Orange Chicken Chop Suey
During the time when we were eating more chicken
and trying to stay away from beef for health reasons,
Jehovah inspired me to create this recipe for a chicken
stir-fry. A stir-fry is a quick way to prepare food,
which make it particularly suitable when you are busy.
You can keep leftovers for the next day.
These days we try to
eat a vegetarian diet as much as we can. Meat has more
complex substances which break down and leave toxins in
the body, whereas vegetables keep the body smelling
nice and freer of toxins.
Requires a wok.
