Revelation 1 1
revelation provided by the empowered Jesus as an instrument of the true God, showing to his people what is impending, indicating to his agent to send it out through his messenger John,


Revelation 1 1
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show unto his servants, [even] the things which must shortly come to pass: and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John;

Revelation 1 2

who, by writing as much as he could perceive and understand, recorded the word of God according to the evidence presented by the witness Jesus.

who bare witness of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, [even] of all things that he saw.

Supreme blessings will come to those who review and understand these prophetic words, and who fulfill the things described here, as they are truly and properly imminent.

Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of the prophecy, and keep the things that are written therein: for the time is at hand.

John to the divine body of Christian communities in Asia: Joy to you and peace from the one who is and who was and who will be arriving, along with every principle of divine wisdom that accompanies his kingship,

John to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace, from him who is and who was and who is to come; and from the seven Spirits that are before his throne;

and from Jesus his anointed, the reliable testament to God's will, the first to be resurrected, and the highest-ranking official of the whole earth. To him who acted out of love for us and who gave us a fresh start by his perfect sacrifice, choosing to die in our behalf--

and from Jesus Christ, [who is] the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loveth us, and loosed us from our sins by his blood;

he committed us to be kings and priests to his God and Father-- to him be the greatest glory and honour from now on and truly into all eternity.

and he made us [to be] a kingdom, [to be] priests unto his God and Father; to him [be] the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Behold! He is coming in the midst of the clouds, in the sight of every envious eye, even those stabbed to the heart on his account, and every nation on earth is griefstricken at his arrival. It's true!

Behold, he cometh with the clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they that pierced him; and all the tribes of the earth shall mourn over him. Even so, Amen.

``I existed at the start and I will be there in the end. I was chief agent and I will see my purpose fulfilled. I intend to do this as the powerful one who is and who was and who accompanies the Almighty God!''

I, John, as brother and sharer with you in the affliction and the kingdom as well as the endurance for Jesus as anointed, found myself on a Mediterranean island known as "My killing" through God's word and the testimony of the empowered Jesus.

I John, your brother and partaker with you in tribulation and kingdom and patience [which are] in Jesus, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God and the testimony of Jesus.

I perceived by divine insight the prospective day of judgment, and behind me I heard what sounded like a trumpet blast

I was in the Spirit on the Lord`s day, and I heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet

announcing: ``Write what you see in a book and send it to the complete body of Christian communities represented by these seven in Asia: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.''

saying, What thou seest, write in a book and send [it] to the seven churches: unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamum, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

Hearing his voice I turned around, and as I turned I saw standing there seven lamps made of gold,

And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And having turned I saw seven golden candlesticks;

and in the midst of the seven lamps what looked vaguely like a man clothed in a long garment with a breastband of gold,

and in the midst of the candlesticks one like unto a son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about at the breasts with a golden girdle.

his head-- really, his hair-- like snow-white lambswool, his eyes flashing with electricity,

his feet gleaming like the most prized copper, his voice roaring, the cacophony of a deluge of water.

and his feet like unto burnished brass, as if it had been refined in a furnace; and his voice as the voice of many waters.

Revelation 1 16
He commanded the power of seven stars at his right hand, and the words proceeding out of his mouth cut with the swiftness of a keen two-edged sword. The gaze of him was as the brightness of the midday sun.

And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth proceeded a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

At the wonder of him, I collapsed and fell in a heap at his feet. He put his right hand on me, reassuring me: ``Don't be afraid, I am the beginning and the end,

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as one dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying, Fear not; I am the first and the last,

and I am certainly alive. I was actually dead, but look at me! I'm truly living for eternity of all eternities, and I possess the keys to the grave, I control death.

and the Living one; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive for evermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.

Write down what you've seen, as well as the present and the possible future outcome.

Here is the meaning of the seven stars which you saw under my command, and the seven lamps of gold: the seven stars are the agents of seven Christian communities, and the seven standing lamps you saw are seven Christian communities.

the mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks are seven churches.
